1. Service provider
Provider: GNCS IKE, Kalogrezis 8, Chalandri, Greece, tax number 801615934, admin@gncs.gr. These terms do not replace a separately signed agreement. Mandatory consumer rights apply where their conditions are met.
2. Account and order
Customers supply accurate contact/billing details and addresses, protect access and share only necessary recipient data on a lawful basis. Notes should not contain unnecessary sensitive data. Administrators may create or deactivate accounts.
An order includes pickup, delivery and a same-day two-hour window. 14:00–16:00 means pickup from 14:00 and a target of completion by 16:00. Availability and service feasibility must be confirmed.
Awaiting a rider does not itself confirm assignment. Administrators may update stages on the rider’s behalf. Maps/distances are third-party estimates. Changes to time windows or material details should be communicated. Contract formation and time guarantees remain to be finalised.
3. Prices and payment
The administrator-assigned tariff applies, or the retail tariff if none is assigned. It may combine a fixed charge, per-kilometre rates and a minimum. Reduced tier rates apply only to kilometres above each threshold.
Customers check the displayed price and details before submitting. Payment methods, deadlines, VAT and any extra charges must be confirmed and shown before commitment. These terms do not introduce new charges.
4. Items and performance
Senders accurately describe items, provide safe packaging/lawful transport and disclose special requirements. Prohibited or dangerous items must not be handed over without legality checks and explicit agreement.
Weight/size limits, insurance, cash/valuables, medicines, perishable or regulated products remain to be finalised. Address entry does not imply support for these services. Customers ensure contact availability and access. Recipient absence or unsafe access requires dispatch instructions.
5. Cancellations, liability and disputes
For cancellation, changes or complaints: admin@gncs.gr with the order number. Administrative deletion is a technical function, not proof of refund or settlement.
Cancellation deadlines, refunds, failed deliveries, item returns, evidence and loss/damage liability require agreement. No arbitrary fees or compensation caps are introduced. Rights/liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited are not excluded. Governing law and dispute resolution will be finalised without overriding mandatory rules.
