1. Cooperation scope

It does not determine employee/independent-contractor status or replace an individual contract. Working relationship, tax/social insurance duties, insurance, equipment and health/safety rules must be finalised.
2. Access and availability
Registration/sign-in use Google and require administrator approval. Only active accounts access work. Riders protect accounts/devices and report loss or unauthorised access.
Availability enables operational presence and location reporting. Stored Google sign-in is separate from availability. Switching to unavailable is blocked with active assigned orders; emergencies should be reported to dispatch.
3. Orders and safety
Offered compensation is visible before acceptance. The server confirms acceptance and removes availability for other riders. A changed compensation quote requires checking the new offer.
Multiple orders may be accepted. Riders choose a safe sequence within windows, verify locations/notes and accurately update pickup/delivery. Navigation is assistance. Device use must comply with traffic rules. Signal/access/item/timing problems are reported to dispatch. Administrators may update stages, windows or cancellation.
4. Compensation and payments
Global or individual administrator rules may combine fixed amounts, percentages of a defined basis and bonuses. Customer charges and rider compensation are distinct. Confirmed compensation is stored at acceptance for that order.
Delivery completion credits earnings. Active orders appear as pending. Pre-completion cancellation does not automatically generate earnings in the current app; any payment for work already performed is assessed under the agreement and law.
Payment entries reduce the balance but do not execute bank transfers. Payment timing, invoices, taxes, contributions and disputes must be agreed in writing. Report discrepancies to admin@gncs.gr with the order number.
5. Confidentiality and termination
Customer/recipient data is used only for delivery, without copying, publication or personal/advertising use. Loss or unauthorised access incidents must be reported.
The privacy policy covers location, background operation, push and rights. Deletion requests: admin@gncs.gr. Termination, deactivation, final settlement and restrictions must be finalised in accordance with applicable rights.
